2024 Briar Patch ARC Auction Bidding instructions
1. This auction is for Briar Patch ARC Members only
2. You may place bids in person in a sealed envelope at the October and November club meetings or the Christmas party
3. You can also bid by sending an e-mail to “W4BRC-Bids@mail.com”
4. On the outside of the envelope or the e-mail subject line please note ONLY the lot number you are bidding on.
5. You may bid on multiple items, but they must be in individual envelopes or e-mails.
6. Inside the Envelope or E-Mail, Please include:
a. Your first and last name
b. Call Sign
c. The lot number you are bidding on
d. The amount of your bid
7. All Bids will be reviewed ONLY at the Christmas Potluck Dinner on December 14th
8. The executive committee members will review the bids for each lot and announce the winning bid. If there is more than one winning bid the winner will be determined by random drawing.
9. You do not need to be at the party to win your bid but ALL Winners must pay and collect their equipment by the February club meeting. If the item is not paid for by then the next highest bidder will be given the opportunity to “win” the item.
